My husband and I have been married for 4 years and we have always spoken about having kids. We dated for 4 years before we got married and I always told him about my desire to have a family pretty early in our relationship. We had decided to start trying a year ago, but I never got pregnant. I got really worried and asked that we both go for medical checkup.
He kept avoiding the topic. Each time I booked an appointment, he would come up with an excuse not to go and I could not bear it anymore, so I confronted him. He finally told me that he really doesn’t want to have kids ever. He said he enjoys the life we are both living right now and he thinks children would ruin our lifestyle.
The foundation of our marriage started with a conversation of us getting married and having kids later in the future. That future is finally here, and he says he doesn’t want kids? I believe he always knew he never wanted to have kid, but he hid it away from me anyway. He deceived me for 8 years. I love my husband so much, but I also really want to have kids. I cannot imagine my life without kids. What do I do?
